Pre-school policies

Admissions- We will accept children after their second birthday, however every child is different and some may find it harder to settle, so each child will be assessed individually whilst in session and this will be discussed with the parent. Children can attend from two to ten sessions per week, if places are available. In most instances, children attend for two or three sessions per week ( we will not consider less than two sessions per week) We can offer 2,3,& 4 year funding as well as 30 hour funding. Fees - A non-refundable registration fee of £30.00 (to include a t-shirt) is also required to secure yopur place for Pre-School and will need to included with the booking form. ONE MONTH'S NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN IF YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW YOUR CHILD. Breakfast Club 8.30am-9.00am £3.00 Pre-School session 9.00am-12.00pm & 12.30pm - 3.30pm £17.25 per session After School Care 3.30pm- 4.30pm £4.00 3.30pm - 5.30pm £8.00 3.30pm - 6.00pm £10.00 We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer and childcare vouchers. If any parents find this difficult, alternative arrangements may be possible and should be discussed with the Pre-School Manager Fees are payable regardless of absence:-holidays, sickness, adverse weather conditions, trips, fetes or the centre not being available If you would like to have a look around please get in contact to make an appointment. Late Pick Up Policy If a child is not collected at their expected collection time and this becomes a regular occurance a late charge fee will be incurred. If a child is not collected within 15 mins a charge of £10 will be applied. after the first 15 mins a penalty charge of £20 for every 15 minutes thereafter, plus the relevant session charge e.g. lunchtime or afternoon session Uniform - We have a uniform at Pre-School, but it is not compulsory. We have sweatshirts and polo shirts available to purchase. Some parents find that wearing a uniform allows their child to fully explore and experiment with a range of materials and not worry about their clothes being damaged.
